Things to Consider:
1. Are you able to log into the MU portal? These are the same credentials you use to access the library databases. If you cannot get into the portal, see the IT Help Desk located on the first floor of the library to get assistance with your credentials.
2.. If credentials are not an issue, and you are using a personal device, clear your cache and cookies and restart your computer. Try again.
