Study Room 5 (on the first floor) features an AQUOS 70” liquid-crystal digital screen with ClickShare access that allows you to display your device's screen for easy collaboration.
Turn on the screen and follow the instructions. Plug the ClickShare device into your laptop; it will display as a newly recognized device (like a USB drive). Open the new icon (on Mac) or navigate to the File Explorer (on Windows) and open the ClickShare app. Press the large button on the device to display your screen.
ClickShare also supports Apple iOS and Android; you will need to download the app from the respective app store.
Study Rooms 1-9 (on the second floor) also feature collaborative screens, but you can use Bluetooth to connect to those directly. Turn on the screen and follow the instructions. ClickShare devices are also available for checkout at the Circulation Desk.
