Answer

The library subscribes to two interlibrary loan services: EZBorrow (books), and Tipasa (articles, books and DVDs).  To use either service, please visit the library’s interlibrary loan page or the Access Services/Interlibrary Loan guide

The MU Catalog also links directly to Tipasa so that you can easily request books or DVDs not available at the Library. Searching screenshot of button in misericordia catalog that says "borrow from another library"the Library's catalog will default to what is owned by Misericordia University, but you can also search Libraries Worldwide through the same interface. Click on "Borrow from Another Library" to be connected to your Tipasa account to easily request books and DVDs through Interlibrary Loan.

Ebooks cannot be requested through interlibrary loan at this time.

Please contact your subject area/academic department’s librarian or the Access Services Department (loan@misericordia.edu or 570-674-6231) for further assistance.
